Borgo dei Conti Resort is located in the town of Perugia, at Montepetriolo, overlooking Nestor, the river valley. The complex, which consists of an area of about 20 hectares with secular and olives trees, was the property of the Counts Rossi Scotti family, who took care, since the beginning of the 19th century, to the making of the village following a strong stylistic configuration of the Castle for the noble house and a revisited medieval inspiration for the rest of the town. The careful restoration has pursued the maintenance of the original idea, highlightening the peculiar characteristics virtually erased by decades of neglect. The harmony between ancient and modern style is the key that joins the 58 rooms interior at the resort, scattered all around the complex. Comfort, functionality and technology are united with the charm of the original elements, such as fireplaces, painted ceilings, frescoed walls, and antique glasses. A stay in a place authentic and full of life for a very special experience.
