INFORMATION FOR USERS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART.13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

Inda S.R.L., the controller of personal data processed by means of cookies and similar technologies on the website www.inda.net, issues the following information pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679:

DATA COLLECTED FOR SENDING CVs ("Work with us")
Users will be asked to enter their first name, last name, date of birth, area of interest, contact information (telephone and email) and to submit their CV in order to be selected and evaluated for the purpose of establishing a possible permanent employment contract or professional collaboration with the Data Controller in accordance with current legislation. The choice to provide personal data is optional, but the failure to provide the requested data or providing incorrect data will make it impossible for us to contact the user. The data will be processed by manual, computer and web tools using methods strictly for these purposes. The data will be transferred to the following parties or categories of parties: Group companies. The data will not be disclosed and will be processed for a period of six months, after which it will be destroyed, unless expressly confirmed by the data subject. Please note that this data (in particular data relating to personal requirements and professional experience) may be subject to verification. The Data Supervisor and the following categories of persons responsible for data processing may become aware of your data: the personnel department and persons in charge of recruitment operations. When you review the above information in order to consent to the processing of your personal data, please be aware that the personal information you provide voluntarily, which is subject to processing, may include data defined as “special categories of personal data” (pursuant to Art. 9, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679) (in particular, data relating to members of protected categories). DATA COLLECTED FOR SENDING NEWSLETTERS (“Subscribe to our newsletter” / “Newsletter – Sign up!”)
Users will be asked to enter their first name, last name and email address in order to receive newsletters on a regular basis. The provision of personal data is optional, but the failure to provide the requested data or providing incorrect information will make it impossible for the user to receive the requested newsletter. The data will be processed by manual, computer and web tools. The data will not be transferred to Third Parties and will be stored in the Data Controller’s databases until the user notifies the Data Controller that he/she no longer wishes to receive the newsletter. BROWSING DATA
During normal operation, the computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire personal data which is automatically transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. This data relates to Internet activity and cannot automatically be associated with the user, but the user could be identified through processing or by association with data held by Third Parties (for example, the user’s IP address, the domain name of the computer used by the user who is accessing the site or other information regarding the user’s operating system and computer environment, etc.). 
 
This data is used only for anonymous statistical information relating to the use of the website or to verify the correct functioning of the website. The data could be used to determine responsibility in the event of possible computer-related crimes against the website: this data represents full and indisputable proof of facts and actions carried out by the user with regard to the Data Controller and/or Third Parties.

The data is absolutely confidential and may only be produced and/or provided at the request of the Parties expressly indicated by law. The Data Controller shall take all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee this confidentiality. The Data Controller shall store the data for the period that is strictly necessary in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. After this period, the data will be destroyed and there will no longer be a guarantee that a copy of the data can be obtained.

COOKIES
Cookies are small text files sent from the computer that hosts the website and which are stored on your device while you are browsing the website. SOCIAL NETWORK
The website contains so-called social buttons that display social network icons (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) which allow users who are browsing to interact directly with these social platforms by clicking on these icons.

The social buttons used on the website are links that refer to the Data Controller’s accounts on these social networks. Therefore, no third-party cookies are installed when using these buttons. 

The website also contains links that refer users to other websites. Some of these websites also use advertising images which do not belong to or which are not directly monitored by the operator of this website. Some of these websites use third-party cookies.

DATA TRANSFER
Without prejudice to transfers made in the performance of legal and contractual obligations, for the protection of rights and at the request by the competent Authorities, and as specified above for individual processing operations, the data may be transferred to:

- the Data Controller’s employees and/or contractors to whom the transmission of data is necessary or is otherwise intended to carry out the activities requested by the user;
- Professionals and/or Firms and/or Companies that may operate on behalf of the Data Controller for administrative or management purposes;
- Professionals and/or Firms and/or Companies for the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, for the management of the hardware and software owned by the Data Controller or used for the provision of its online services.

The recipients of the transfer of personal data shall be specifically appointed as Data Managers and/or Data Processors by the Data Controller.

The user’s data shall not be subject to any disclosure (that is, transfer to an indiscriminate number of other parties).

USER RIGHTS
Users are entitled to exercise a number of rights.

First of all, users may obtain from the Data Controller information on the source and purposes of the processing of their personal data, the categories of data that are processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom their data has been or will be transferred, the retention period of their data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine the retention period.

Users have the right to rectify their incorrect personal data and to supplement incomplete data. Users have the right to request the erasure of this data, provided that it is not necessary to store this data due to legal or contractual obligations. Users also have the right to restrict the processing of this data in certain circumstances. Users also have the right to obtain their personal data from the Data Controller and to freely transmit this data to another Data Controller without restriction.

Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time for any purpose for which they have given this consent.  Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

CHANGES
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically without notice, ensuring in all cases an appropriate and similar protection of personal data. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the update on the website. 

In order to be aware of any changes, users are invited to regularly consult this Privacy Policy, which in all cases shall indicate the date of the most recent changes (08/02/2018).

CONSENT
As this relates exclusively to specific user requests or obligations regarding labor law and the assessment of the capacity to work, the indication of consent to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller, as indicated and described above, is not necessary pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) and Art. 9 paragraph 2 letter b) and h) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
